How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size and style, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order moves into processing and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to make a change.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart before ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.
Are your products true to size?
Yes, our apparel is generally true to size. For oversized or relaxed-fit pieces, sizing notes are included on the product page. When in doubt, size up.
📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Pakistan and are expanding internationally. For international wholesale or bulk inquiries, please get in touch.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — check our current promotions.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery in real time.

Do you offer custom apparel?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom clothing for individuals, brands, teams, and businesses. Submit your design, concept, or requirements through our Custom & Bulk Orders page and we'll guide you through the process.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk orders?
Our minimum order quantity for bulk and custom orders typically starts at 12 pieces per design. For specific requirements or smaller runs, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Do you offer private labeling?
Yes. We offer private label options for brands and businesses — including custom tags, labels, and packaging. Reach out with your requirements for full details.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders generally take 2–4 weeks from confirmation depending on quantity, complexity, and current production schedule. Rush orders may be available — contact us to discuss.
What file format should I send my design in?
We accept AI, PDF, PNG, or PSD files. High-resolution files (300 DPI or above) are preferred for best print quality. Our team will review and advise before production begins.
🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.
How do I request an exchange?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange. We'll guide you through the next steps.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We're sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order details. We'll resolve it quickly — replacement or refund, your choice.
💳 PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Payment options are displayed at checkout.
Is it safe to pay online on your store?
Yes. Our store is secured with SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. Your financial information is never stored on our end.
